Abstract

Kinetics and reaction mechanism of aniline removal from water by sodium permanganate were described, and results showed that sodium permanganate can remove aniline in a speedy way, the rate constant is in direct proportion to temperature. Aniline in water was oxidized and removed by MnO_4 and freshly formed oxygen.
