Research on University Student Psychological Problems and Its Educational Countermeasures

Abstract

Trough literature materials research technique, this paper analyzes the psychological problems faced by university students and the sports conception. The psychological problems faced by contemporary university students are created by many factors. University students' opinion on themselves and later development has an important relationship with psychologically health. Therefore, sports in the new century aim at not only all the people's healthy body but also metal health to make the people pay attention to benefits brought by the sports.
