Abstract
Because of the different environment after entering colleges, and because of the slow development of psychology, college students may find it difficult to suit the new situations in the various aspects of collective consciousness, innovative consciousness, self-discipline and confidence. After analyzing these psychological phenomena, this paper points out the reasons for these psychological changes, and proposes that students should cultivate their psychological quality in sports, so as to understand human life, to experience society and to become compatible with the development of society.
