The Transfer and Safeguard of National Education Sovereignty under International Higher Educational Service Trade

Abstract

In the international educational service trade,transfer of education sovereignty is a matter of fact.China' commitments in entering WTO are practice of this.Now we are facing challenge and menace.So it is important to divide the national education sovereignty into different stratifications and rights.We can only transfer the derived rights to follow the international duties,meantime,to develop our international educational service trade and safeguard our national education sovereignty.
