Abstract

Starting from the characters of the teaching management at the basic level in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the present situation and the construction of the teaching management at the basic level in Liaoning Medical College.Aiming at improving the required qualities of the teaching management staff at the basic level,how to realize the specialization of the teaching management staff in order to enhance the level of management of a university is discussed in this paper.
