Abstract

The teaching management is an important work in the colleges,and the work quality of the teaching management staff directly affect the result of the teaching.For the new local colleges,establishing a teaching management staff who have modern management theory and rich practical abilities is the key to realize scientific,efficient,accurate and reasonable teaching management,and the guaranty to carry out the plan of talent development.
