Abstract

Wisconsin thought shed light on how to explore the social service function of local colleges and universities.In fact,we should upgrade our educational thoughts and realize that,in order to serve the people and meet the need of the development of the local economy, the local colleges and universities should perfect its mechanism of social service by enriching their service items,broadening their service scope and cultivating their service abilities.
