Overview of the Examination of Road Traffic Accidents

Abstract

The demands for examination of road traffic accidents,which are recognized with current situation of traffic safety and in the requirements for dealing and trial of traffic accidents prescribed by Law of People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety,are outlined.The technical frame and items of traffic accident examination are discussed;the development of traffic accident examination in our country is predicted.
