Humanistic Spirit:the Value Orientation of the Healthy Development of Higher Vocational Education

Abstract

Cultivating a humanistic spirit in higher vocational education is the educational super essenceand the intrinsic demand placed by the social development on higher vocational education. Humanistic spirit is the value orientation of the healthy development of higher vocational education and the inner soul of this branch of education. The gist of humanistic spirit is to find expression in the educational concepts of the leaders, the humanistic consciousness and qualities of the teachers and in the offered courses embodying humanistic care in this field.
