New Situation and Measures for Management of Forestry Land after Reform of Collective Forest Tenure System

Abstract

Reform of collective forest tenure system is under way nationwide in China.Such a reform involves lots of stakeholders,units and entities related to forestry with forest farmers as the major component in forest management.This paper analyses the new situation in forest management after the reform in terms of disaster control,technial management,seedling production,etc.and puts forward some relevant suggestions on forest land managment.
