Abstract
The paper takes Sichuan province as research object, analyses the spatial distribution structure and the spatial distribution regular pattern of 221 A-grade tourist attractions by means of some quantitative analysis methods and GIS spatial analysis tools. The result shows that the distribution of Sichuan A-grade tourist attractions is a type of agglomeration and the balance of distribution is very low. The distribution shape likes a spindle-structure, market supplies in the middle prevail. The distribution of tourist attractions has been influenced on the geography location, traffic condition, the tourist attractions region combination condition and the economic development level.
