Study the Serum Lipid Level of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract

Objective:To study the serum lipid level of peatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method: We detected serum CHOL,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,APOA,ApoB of 120 patients with type 2 dieabetes mellitus by beckman automatic biochemistry analyzer.Result: After comparing the serum lipid level of 120 cases type 2 diabetes mellitus and 100 cases healthy.The TG,LDL-C,ApoB was increased significantly in type 2 diabetes mellitus(P0.01).CHOL was increased obviously(P0.05),while HDL and APOA was decreased obviously(P0.01).Conclusion: We should take pertinency prevention to the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus for the existence generally of lipid metabolism disorder.
