Abstract

Alternative Dispute Resolution is called ADR in U.S.A., this mode has a great deal of advantages. Alternative Dispute Resolution of environmental dispute has been used in U.S.A. , Japan , Taiwan, in this field, though our country begins to use various kinds of procedure of Alternative Dispute Resolution in practice, but it is not perfect in legislation .This article analyzes and explains some kinds of procedures of this mechanism, and gives some advice about the construction of Alternative Dispute Resolution of environmental dispute.
