Abstract
Effect of deformation amount and deformation steps etc on organization of BNbRE steel was studied by Gleeble-1500D.The microstructure of the samples of BNbRE steel was observed by means of an optical microscope and an electronic scanning microscope.The hardness value of the sample was measured by HRC sclerometer.The results show that the microstructure of BNbRE steel became trivial apparently with the increase in deformation amount and the piece interval of pearlite turns thinner with increasing deformation amount,resulting in the enhancement in strength and hareness.When other conditions are identical,microstructure was not effected clearly by deformation steps.
