Abstract

Objective:To improve TB prevention and control as well as farmers'health service and to perfect the new rural cooperative medical system(NCMS)through analyzing the integration of tuberculosis prevention and cue into the new cooperative medical system in China.Methods:The research analyzes the status of integrating TB into NCMS by adopting the method of cross-sectional questionnaires and stakeholder interview.Results:The article suggests this policy of implementation in patients with tuberculosis leads to increasing health services utilization,alleviating in the economic burden,and enhancing the level of medical health service and management.Conclusion:The NCMS can promote TB prevention and control.The policy needs to be perfected so that it can further contribute to larger-scale popularization.
