Problems and Suggestions on the Development of High-tech Industrial Clusters in the Yangtze River Delta

In recent years, with the durative and fast development in the Yangtze River Delta, the development of high-tech industrial clusters, as a very attractive phenomenon, have made great contributions to the regional economy. The RD has greatly promoted the economic growth of this area. However, the above-mentioned development has also caused such serious problems as the reconstruction of the same industries, the lack of scientific planning and guidance and the like that have seriously affected the unanimous development of this region. Therefore, this article probes some suggestions to complement the shortcomings caused by the development of the high-tech clusters and obtain a sustainable development of high-tech industrial clusters in the Yangtze River Delta through such means as enhancing the regulation of industrial layouts, promoting the scientific and technological innovation ability and so on.
