Study on the Sustainable Development of High-tech Industrial Development Zones in Yangtze River Delta

Yangtze River delta has most developed economy and most concentrated intelligence resource in China,now,high-tech zones has become main power of local high-tech industry development.On the basis of advantageous location and policy,the high-tech zones in Yangtze River delta has optimized investment environment,concentrated a variety of resources and played growth pole in regional economic development since 1990,but there are also a lot of problems: unperfect independent innovation mechanism,weak ability of research and development,low technological content of products and inferior international competition ability and so on.Then the paper selects 29 indicators from the economic ability,operational performance,science and technology innovation ability,opening ability to the outside and ecological efficiency,the 29 ones are used to evaluate the sustainable development ability of 8 high-tech zones in Yangtze River delta by applying prime component analysis.The results show that the sustainable development ability of Shanghai high-tech zone is the strongest,Nanjing and Wuxi high-tech zones are behind it,Hangzhou and Suzhou high-tech zones are placed in the middle,the following are Ningbo and Changzhou high-tech zones,Taizhou high-tech zone is the weakest.In the end,some strategies and countermeasures are put forward for raising the sustainable development ability of the high-tech zones in Yangtze River delta.
