Abstract
The cDNA ORF sequence of chalcone synthase gene(FeChs)was amplified by RT-PCR from Fagopyrum esculentum. Its accession number is GU172166.1 on GenBank. The anlyasis indicated the cDNA sequence was 1 179 bp,encoding 392 amino acids and had a homlogy 78%-92% with other plants'CHS genes. The deduced amino acids sequence of FeChs contained the highly conserved catalytic active sites, and the typical Tag sequence of CHS with GFGPG.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
