Abstract
Based on the analysis of the technology of NC machining simulation in virtual manufacturing,solid modeling and the generating technology of third dimension scene based on OpenGL has been lucubrated.Using OOP technique,OpenGL has been used to imitate numerical control in the programming environment of Visual C++ 6.0 and MFC application integration.Numerical controlling milling processing has been taken as an example to simulate NC machining process in the virtual manufacturing.Analyzing and establishing the general frame constructiont,he function modules and graphic interface have been designed with the technology of preparation of programs.The research showed that the simulation has better characteristics of real-time capability and interaction,can verify the correctness of NC code effectively and accord with advanced manufacturing technology’s demand.
