Research on Application of OpenGL in NC Machining and Simulation

Abstract

Simulation of NC manufacturing system using OpenGL and Visual C++6.0 as developing tool is reviewed.By the establishment of 3D model of NC simulation environment and 3D graghic simulation of machine process of workpiece,it is more approach to practical situation.The application of the system can decrease the inconvenience of testing cut in practical processing,material waste and error in processing program and so on.Moreover,the application purpose and development trend of Virtual Machine Tool is detailed.
