Abstract
Objective To analysis the effect of community interventions on the antihypertensive effect of older patients with hypertension. Methods From 2010 January to 2011 January 480 elderly patients who were diagnozed as hypertension in our community were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were treated with the same drug treatment, and observation group also received community intervention at the same time, control group was given to general health education. The course was 3 months, information of blood pressure control in two groups were observed and analyzed. Results After taking active the community intervention, the effect of blood pressure control in observation group was significantly better than control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Taking a scientific community intervention can obviously control blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients and compliance is good, worthy of clinical application.
