Abstract

Though the comparison and analyses of foreign compensation systems for land expropriation,and based on the problems existing in our country's compensation system for the land expropriation,and using the more perfect foreign compensation systems for the land expropriation for reference,this paper puts forward the compensation system for perfecting our country's current land expropriation from aspects of the compensation standard,compensation mode,and compensation distribution,etc.
