Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: According to the clinical characteristics of CHD,149 CHD patients were divided into 3 groups, including acute myocardial infarction(AMI) group, unstable angina(UAP) group and stable angina(SAP) group.Control group consisted of 33 healthy people. The level of hs-CRP was detected by particle enhanced untrasensitive nephelometry immunoassay in immage and the Hcy concentration was examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. All patients were performed coronary anglography.Results:①The serum levels of TC and LDL were higher in experimental group than in control group, and the serum level of HDL decreased obviously in patients with CHD compared with control group(P0.05).②The plasma level of Hcy was higher in CHD patients than in control group(P0.01),and the plasma level of Hcy decreased from AMI,UAP to SAP group(P0.05).③The plasma levels of hs-CRP higher in CHD patients than in control group(P0.01),and the level of hs-CRP in plasma decreased from AMI,UAP to SAP group(P0.05).Conclusion:Hcy and hs-CRP may be the risk factors for coronary heart disease, which can provide the basis for coronary heart disease risk stratification.
