Problems in development and utilization of urban water resources in Hebei Province and countermeasures

Abstract
In consideration of some problems existing in the development and utilization of urban water resources, such as over mining of groundwater, waste of water resources, low water price, and ineffective management of water resources, some countermeasures are proposed, including unified management of water resources, construction of surface water resources allocating projects, strengthening of water saving, construction of water saving and pollution prevention oriented cities, and amplification of water saving supervision mechanism.
