Study on the Developing Trends of Scientific and Technological Information Institutions in China

Nowadays,the national innovation strategy,market-oriented reform and network technology development have brought about the opportunities and challenges to the scientific and technological information institutions.This paper makes the analysis on the future development trends of our country's scientific and technological information institutions in two aspects of implementing the cooperation and sharing horizontally and forming the core competitiveness longitudinally,and points out that our country's scientific and technological information institutions will highlight the construction of resources sharing platform and the development of core businesses,adhere to the development pattern of realizing the differentiation of information research,the diversification of service mode and normalization of management,and form the sci-tech information cooperation in a wider range.
