Clinical effect observation of labetalol combined with nifedipine in treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective To study the clinical effect of labetalol combined with nifedipine in treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods 108 cases with pregnancy induced hypertension were divided into two groups,the control group were treated by nifedipine,the observation group were treated by labetalol combined with nifedipine,compared the clinical effect of two groups,observed the complications. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in control group, the differences between two groups were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions Taking labetalol combined with nifedipine in treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension has good clinical effect and less complications, worthy of further clinical application.
