Abstract
Objective:To observe and improve effect of endoscopic inferior turbinate plasty and inferior turbinate out-fracture in chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods:Fifty-six cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated by endoscopic inferior turbinate plasty and inferior turbinate out-fracture,and follow-up surveyed for 1 to 2 years postoperatively. Results:It was found that 42 cases(75.0%) were cured,13 cases(23.2%) got improved but 1 cases(1.8%) failed, and the effective rate was 98.2%.No complication was observed. Conclusion:The endoscopic inferior turbinate plasty and inferior turbinate out-fracture were one of ideal operation methods.
