Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of food allergen and inhaled allergen in common allergic diseases in children. Methods Enzyme immunoassay(EIA) was applied to examining serum specific IgE in 170 children patients. Results Positive judgement standard:reactive to at least 1 kind in 14 kinds of allergens. The positive rate was 88.0%(150/170).In positive inhaled allergens, dust mite and flour mite were predominant(54.7%);in positive food allergens, beef, mutton and chicken were prominent(20.6%).Conclusion It is vital to alleviation of indisposition in autopaths to search for positive food allergen or inhaled allergen by serum allergen detection, and reduce exposure to allergens.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
