On Ecological Civilization Realized by the Rule of Environmental Law

Abstract

Ecological civilization is human's inevitable choice in response to environmental crisis.The construction and the realization of ecological civilization will play an important role in promoting a comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development in our society.We should implement the requirements of ecological civilization by strengthening the rule of environmental law and using legal methods and means to turn the idea of ecological civilization into the reality.
