Ecological civilization is a new pattern of human civilization,in which the prerequisite is respect and maintenance of the natural;the purpose is harmonious coexistence between human beings,society and the nature;the connotation is to establish sustainable mode of production and consumption patterns.Ecological civilization highlights the importance of ecology.Ecological civilization is focusing on building the environment-friendly society based on resource environmental bearing-capacity,following the law of nature,and on the basis of sustainable social economic and cultural policy.This paper goes on to look at the core of ecological civilization construction,this is: building the economic system that is according to the law of ecosystem development operation,and economic mechanism which restrains the damage of the ecological environment;thus strengthening the ecological production process and consumption patterns.
