Reasons about Problems of Ideological and Political Education Effectiveness in Universities——On the Basis of Needs

People's needs are the driving force of human behavior,and it is the basis point of ideological and political education effectiveness. Problems of ideological and political education effectiveness in universities can be seen both in the teaching process dominated by educators and in the learning process where learners can take their initiative,neither of which realize the significance of people's needs. So,to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,educators should understand people's needs,meet the reasonable needs and adjust unreasonable needs,educators should guide people to pursue high level of spiritual needs,and guide people to individual needs and the needs of society together.
