Since the reform and opening,the private technological enterprises in Jilin Province have developed quickly,and they have already become the most creative and energetic force.However,compared with the coastal areas,the private technological enterprises in Jilin Province are still lack of creative power.Therefore,the government should give policy support for the enterprises.At the same time,the enterprises should enhance the consciousness of technology innovation,and increase the fund of research and development,in order to promote the development of the private technological enterprises in Jilin Province.
