Abstract
The private science and technology enterprises in Jilin Province has achieved the success of the venture's early development, stepped into a sustained and rapid development track.However, facing the constraints of independence innovation of the private science and technology enterprises in our province, we need to optimize private technology enterprises in Jilin Province's policy to support innovation.
