Abstract
In order to establish a workable indicator system for the dynamic evaluation of the implementation of land use plans and evaluation methods, the AHP method was used to evaluate the previous land use plans. The results showed that dynamic evaluation of land use based on the quantitative model can inspect and supervise land use, standardize the government behavior in land use and protect the state land resources by law. Therefore it is of practical significance for the realization of optimization of land use.
