Abstract
According to the particularity of nursing career and the psychological requirement of patients,the present conditions and effects of psychological nursing were expatiated through applying the management theory of modern human resource.To manage the quality of psychological nursing and monitor the mental health of nurses and patients,the way of establishing psychological nursing groups in clinical nursing presided by a hospital was discussed.The aim is to speed up the development of psychological nursing.
