On Social Responsibility of a Corporation

According to traditional theory of Corporation Law,profit is regarded as the only goal of operation;however this view is now challenged by the theory of a corporation's social responsibility.This article makes a brief analysis on corporation's social responsibility in the facets of the general definition of the corporation's social responsibility,the relationship between the corporation's social responsibility and the mercantilism,the establishment about corporation's community responsibility in our country's new Corporation Law and etc.
