Abstract
Social responsibility of corporations has been specified in China Corporation Law.But there are still doubts about it among different walks of the society.Starting from the discussion about the historical background where this responsibility was born,this article confirms the placement of its legal principle.Combining the latest development of the legislation regarding corporational responsibility,this article also advocates that to make national companies perform social responsibility,measures to reconstruct and reform the corporation system must be taken.They include introducing the boad system,perfecting the system in which employees serve as supervising board director,and setting up corresponding assess system.
