Abstract
For the new control performance standard presented by Northeast China grid, this paper analyses several problems existed in AGC of Jilin power grid, including the AGC regulating capacity,AGC regulating speed,tie-line load fluctuation. In order to enhance AGC operation performance,it also suggests some improvements, including the appropriate selection of AGC strategy,AGC can be combined with super-term load prediction, and setting assessment means for AGC and primary frequency control.
