Comparative Study of XSJZW on the Effects of Hemorheology in Hyperlipidemia Rats

Abstract

ObjectiveTo observe and contrast the effects of XSJZW with Fenofibrate on the hemorheology in hyperlipidemia rats.Methods72 SD rats were divided into 6 groups at random by SAS and hyperlipidemia model groups were built up by fed with high lipid diet.The rats of each group were fasted 12h after administrated with drug or 0.3%CMC by lavage respectively according to the regulation,then the parameters of blood-fat were determined.Anesthetized the rats by intraperitoneal injected Butaylone(30mg/kg),parameters of hemorheology were measured after the blood samples obtained from arteria carotis.ResultsThe XSJZW groups could obviously decrease the levels of blood viscosity high,low shears,blood reduce viscosity high,low shears,hematocrit,index of erythrocyte rigidily,index of erythrocyte aggregation,fibrinogen(P0.01 or P0.05),and increase those indexes of erythrocyte deformability(P(0.05)),fenofibrate could only decrease the levels of blood viscosity low shears,blood reduce viscosity high shears,hematocrit,(P0.01 orP0.05),increase those of index of erythrocyte deformability(P(0.05)),there was no significant effect in improving the levels of blood viscosity low shears,blood reduce viscosity high shears,blasma viscosity,index of erythrocyte rigidily,index of erythrocyte aggregation(P0.05).ConclusionThe XSJZW groups can significantly improve hemorheology in hyperlipoidemia rats,in improving some parameters,XSJZW groups are better than fenofibrate group(P0.05),the dose-dependence was observed among the XSJZW groups.
