Discussion on Importance of Recognizing School Physical Education Development from the Viewpoint ofStrategy ——Re-referring to Suggestions and Scheme of Entire Reform of School Physical Education in China

The suggestion and plan put forward by the author are not only a local reform on the physical education curriculum in China, but also a series of entire breakthroughs in school physical education in China, which are carried out on the former basis and from the concept of practice. The suggestion and plan is a sort of reform for the strategic change of school physical education of China going on the way of school physical education development. It was suggested that in areas of good condition teaching programs of school physical education be edited starting from practice, fitness schemes by physical exercises for students be put into practice and school physical education be assessed and evaluated all-roundly.
