On developing technological train to cultivate new peasants based on the actual situation

Abstract

The cultivation of new peasants is an important basis of new socialist countryside construction, Improvement of the peasant's quality, cultivation of new peasants and the translation of rural human resources to human capital are the first link of the new countryside construction . Five measures and four combinations of cultivating new peasants are discussed in this paper.
