Abstract

Key of constructing new socialist countryside is to improve the quality of peasants and cultivate new peasants with culture,skill and business.It should put the cultivation of new peasants in advanced position during the development of countryside society undertaking.Educational undertaking should develop faster to help to accumulate reserve strength of national economy increasing.
