Abstract
This review focuses on the morphology and physiology of fruit tree to water stress. Leaf area,mi-crostructure and ultrastructure of leaves were investigated. Some physiological and biochemical index of fruit tree leaves under water stress, such as chlorophyll content, photosynthesis, active Oxyen metabolism,stom-ata limited, nonstomata limited and relative water content, etc, were summarized.
