Abstract
This review focused on the effects of water stress on photosynthesis and assimilation metabolism of fruit trees,net photosynthesis,assimilation and distribution of dry mater,reaction of stomata,content of pigment,activity of photosynthetic enzymes,metabolism of oxidant,respiration and chlorophyll fluorescence,and summarized.It also indicates that study should be conducted in combing respiration chlorophyll fluorescence with biochemical analyses.This essay provides reference for the relatived study and production guiding.
