Abstract
ObjectiveTo establish a method to determine the content of quercetin and kaempferol in Feiqizhong Capsules.MethodsHPLC was used to determine the content of quercetin and kaempferol with detection wavelength at 370nm.The mobile phase consists of a mixture of methanol-0.4%H_3PO_4(60∶40).The flow rate was 0.6ml/min.ResultsThe linear regression for quercetin and kaempferol was obtained at the range of(0.008)~0.006μg and 0.006 88~0.051 6 μg.The average recovery of quercetin and kaempferol were 97.34% and 97.72%,RSD were 1.3% and 1.7% respectively(n=5).ConclusionThe method is sensitive,accurate,reproducible and exclusive.It can be used for quality control of Feiqizhong Capsules.
