Abstract
This paper advances the content and methods of Bio-culture construction for sustainable development. The author holds that setting up a concept of sustainable development in stead of the traditional concepts, such as the ideas of nature, development, technology, value are the important precondition for Bio-culture construction, that strengthening institutional culture construction and spreading the legal values of natural environment and the morals about sustainable development are the indispensable conditions for bio-culture construction, and that giving up the traditional model of production, consumption, and fertility to work out and realize a sustainable development planning are the incisive points for bio-culture construction.
