Astigmatism occurred after different phacoemulsification

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the changes of astigmatism induced by 3.2mm corneal tunnel incision and 5.5mm scleral tunnel incision after phacoemulsification.Method: Phacoemulsification was performed on 64 cases(70 eyes) by 3.0mm corneal tunnel incision and 5.5mm scleral tunnel incision.Result: The eyesight and corneal astigmatism were not significantly different in the two groups 1 day,1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation.Conclusion: The corneal astigmatism after phacoemulsification is not significantly different between the two groups.
