Abstract
【Objective】To summarize the key points of diagnosis and treatment of Gluteus Minimus Contracture.【Methods】 43 cases,all performed surgery.35 of them simply released the contracture in the long leg side and with rehabilitation after surgery.【Results】 The different length of two legs was corrected.The pace return normal.【Conclusion】Gluteus Minimus Contracture could diagnosed with some criteria such as incline pelvis,claudication,the same length of both legs absolutely and relatively,negative ober test,no flip in hip.Also standards like patients can squat when knees hold together and them can site with crossing legs.In physiological examination,hip get restricted adduction in 0° position,but a sudden release in flexion hip.An operation can correct the longer side of the low extremity.
