Abstract
Based on the 6.22 m average thickness of No.3 seam,stable seam deposit,gently horizontal seam and other mining conditions,Sihe Mine imported an overseas high cutting mining equipment for a fully mechanized coal mining face.With the successful mining experiences,a set domestic equipment of the high cutting mining equipment was equipped in the No.2303 coal mining face of the mine for the mining application.The results showed that the domestic equipment mainly with the 5.5 m high cutting hydraulic powered supports had obtained benefits from the mining application in the mine.Meanwhile,there were some problems needed to be improved.The main problems were effected by the equipment faults.The paper pointed out that to improve the reliability of the key parts was the improvement direction of the domestic high cutting coal mining technique.
