Study and Application of Completed Set Domestic Equipment Stability to 6.2m Cutting Height Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face

The three machines(coal shearer,scraper conveyor and hydraulic powered support) match in a fully mechanized coal mining face and the system stability would be the key of the completed set fully mechanized mining equipment.The first 6.2m high cutting coal mining face in Yangchangwan Mine was high in seam inclination,high in strike undulating angle,broken in roof surrounding rock,easy in spalling and roof falling of the coal mining face and the deposit environment of the coal mining face was complicated.Base on the background of the engineering,the paper had a study on the adaptability and the stability control issues of the completed set domestic equipment applied to the coal mining face and provided the related control measures.The site mining practices showed that the available equipment and technical measures could effectively control the three machines and the system stability and could ensure the safety and successful mining of the coal miming face.The technology would have certain references to the stability control of the equipment system applied to the high cutting coal mining faces in Ningdong Mining Area.
